Orders can only be accepted from customers aged 18 or over. All items are subject to availability.

Payment:
Payment for goods ordered can be made by (Visa and Master Cards). In the event of payment being declined by your bank or card issuer, N.H. & Partners Co. ( Lisan ) shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in dispatch.

Delivery charges:
Delivery charges are calculated by weight  and zone based on the following table.

*Plus 13% fuel surcharge, 16 % government sales tax.

Dispatch of goods:

Most of the products that are offered online are stocked in our warehouse and will be shipped within 4 business days (not including weekends and holidays). However, at busy times, this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery. All items are subject to availability.

In some cases, a product may be out of stock or may not be readily available. In such situations, we will notify you immediately by e-mail and provide an estimated time of delivery, or a full refund if you prefer.

N.H. & Partners Co. ( Lisan ) reserves the right to alter prices and specification without prior notice. However, rest assured that the price would not alter once your order has been placed.

Delivery:

Goods are sent to any location by FedEx with a tracked delivery system and will require a signature on delivery. International orders are generally received within 4-7 days from posting.

Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged or having been damaged in transit, you must notify N.H & Partners Co. ( Lisan )  by e-mail (info@lisan-international.com ) within 4 working days of receipt of goods.

Return Policy

We do accept product returns within 3 working days of the receipt of the product(s). We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund.

Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is defective or if you receive the wrong product. N.H. & Partners Co. ( Lisan ) will pay for the return shipping.

Products are eligible for a Refund if you decide to return the item(s). N.H. & Partners ( Lisan ) will not pay the return shipping cost and will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to the goods until they are received by us . This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received the goods (in saleable condition), a refund for their cost will be made to your credit card. We will aim to process returns as soon as possible after receipt.

Any offers or free gifts received with the order should also be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.

We do not offer exchanges. if you would like to select a different item , you must return the original item for a refund , and then purchase another item.

Customers wishing to return the order should email ( returns@lisan-international.com ) . We recommend that they are sent by FedEx.
